At iRun, your satisfaction with your purchase is infinitely important to us. As with any manufactured goods, production variations do exist. We strive to decrease the occurrences of defects through a rigorous Quality Assurance process, but mistakes do sometimes occur. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of our product, we will strive to provide you with a replacement product at no cost to you. If your product fails or experiences substantial diminished performance due to a manufacturing defect, simply return it with a copy of the original receipt within 90 days from the date of purchase to the location where you made your purchase, or to the address provided below, for a full refund of your purchase price or replacement with a brand new product of the same style. There is no warranty for misuse or unintended use which causes failure or defective performance.
Any unused and unopened product that is in original condition will be accepted for a refund of the full original purchase price within 10 days of the original purchase date. Simply return the product to the location where you made your purchase for the full refund of your purchase price. Any refund on an online purchase must be post-marked by an authorized and recognized postal agency prior to the expiration of the 10 day period to be accepted for refund. Any damaged, opened or used product will not be authorized a refund.
